- When desired crunch and golden color is achieved, pull your chicken out and drain excess oil.
- PS: do not over crowd your pot of oil with chicken. It's ok to fri in batches.
- You're chicken is all cooked, crunchy, and golden brown ready to be served with your favorite sides… I love mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon π
