  5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 170
  6. most important step let chicken rest about 15 minutes before cutting it or serving..for real..it looks great smells awesome and it will be tempting. .don't do it lol remember this the longer it sits the better it gets..

Place the chicken in a pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook till chicken is cooked through. When cooled enough to handle, remove the chicken from the bone and shred, set aside. Whisk together the soup, broth, milk, flour, salt and pepper. The soy garlic wings were amazing- plenty of tender meat, crispy skin, and well done sauce. The creamy onion is a crowd favorite!!
