- Microwave it for atleast 5 times for 2 minutes and mix it well to avoid any lumps after each session. remove it and mix it well and then pop it back in the microwave for 5 consecutive times.
- After 5 times of microwaving, it looks like a glossy mass.
- Finally microwave the slivered nuts separately in a tablespoon of ghee and add it to the halwa. mix well.
- Take it out on a greased plate and give it a standing time of 30 to 40 minutes in a refrigerator and then slice it into any shape you like.
