- When your rice is nearly cook add Carrots, green beans, peas, sweet corn, green pepper, red pepper, onion, bay leaf, sausage and shredded chicken stir until well combine then cover and allow the rice to cook well
Heat the oil in a very large skillet or electric skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry the cabbage and carrots just until the cabbage has wilted. When the oil is hot, add the eggs. Cook, stirring, on medium heat, until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
