Chicken tikka is cubed chicken that is marinated in spiced yogurt mixture & then grilled to perfection.   5. Take a pan heat it with 1tbsp of olive oil or any cooking oil. Now add the marinated chicken tikka. Cook on high flame for about 4-5 mins. Turn on other side and cook in the same way. (Note: Don't cover the pan with the lid during this process). Apply the remaining masala on the chicken with oil brush and cook.
