The ingredients needed to make Beef and Broccoli:
  1. Make ready 1 lb thinly cut steak, cut into bite sized pieces

  11. Prepare Approx 1 C thinly sliced carrots (optional)

Add the beef and stir-fry until well browned. Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and red pepper, if desired, in the skillet and heat to a boil.   3. Add broccoli and carrots to pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the corn starch and water. Add to pan. Bring to boil to thicken sauce. Stir frequently.
  5. Add the steak back to the pan and heat through until vegetables are your desired consistency. (We still like just a little bite)
  6. Serve over rice or eat straight out of the skillet. Yumo.

In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil, until sauce has thickened. Add the beef back into the mixture, and serve over rice with sesame seeds, if desired.
