- Sprinkle turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste and the vegetable stock.If needed some more water may be added.It is a semi dry curry.When nearly done add mustard paste with green chilli and toss.Sprinkle 1 tsp mustard oil and chopped coriander leaves and toss.Serve with hot rice.
