- Slice onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves
- Grind Green chilli
- Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Pour oil, add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle add onions, curry leaves, salt and turmeric. Roast it in low flame. Add ginger garlic paste, add chilli paste. Roast it.
- Once the onion getting brown add broad beans, keep in the low flame. Close it with a lid. Again open it, add chilli powder, mix it, add coriander powder, cumin powder. Mix it. Once the Curry cooked properly add milk.
- Once the milk evoporates add coriander leaves, mix it. Take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.
Add the chopped onions, crushed ginger, garlic and saute till translucent. Now add the chopped tomatoes along with the cut beans. Grind the roasted spices, onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic into a smooth paste adding with little water. Heat a table spoon of oil in a wok. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
