  8. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. When potatoes are soft, add milk and butter and mash them until creamy
  9. Place lamb mixture into ovenproof dish
  10. Place mash potato on top of the mixture and use a fork to spread evenly
  11. Bake for 20 minutes
