Instructions to make Beef qorma:
- Take big vessel and add oil in it
- Thinly sliced onions and add into heated oil
- Fry till golden brown
- Take out half of fried onions and keep a side. Crushed them by hand
- In the remain onions add all whole spices and meat
- Fry meat till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry again
- Add all dry spices and half of yoghurt mix till oil seperated
- Now add water to let meat tender. Cover the lid and cook
- Open the lid when meat become tender and dried out all the water.
- Add remaining yoghurt and mix with masala and meat
- Fry till oil seperated again.
- Add crushed fried onions and mix for 1 - 2 minutes
- Add water to make desired consistency of gravy. Cook till boil comes
- Sprinkle whole spice powder on top and keep on simmer for 5 minutes
- Dish out and serve with Naan. And enjoy with your family
- You can use pressure cooker as well and increase or decrease ingredients according to your taste as well
