Lasagna is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Lasagna is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Lasagna:
  1. Get 500 g meat
  2. Take 2 carrots
  3. Make ready 1 celery
  4. Make ready 1 parsley root
  5. Prepare 2 onions
  6. Take 2-3 garlic cloves

  8. Make ready 3-4 smashed tomatos
  9. Get 200 g sour cream

Instructions to make Lasagna:
  1. Start by preparing your vegetables. Finely chop your carrots, parsley, celery, onions, pepper and garlic.
  2. Mix the vegetables with the meat.
  3. Prepare your tomatoes. I prefer to boil them before anything else. Doing so I can peel off the shell and the sauce will have a better texture. After doing that, chop or smash them and add the composition to the meat and vegetables
  4. Add 2 cups of tomato sauce and cook it at low heat. It takes around 1h until is finished. Mix your flavours in a small ball together with 2 teaspoons olive oil. Ten minutes before it's done, add the flavours in the pan and stir.
  5. Assemble the lasagna and cook in the oven at 170C for 20-30 minutes. 10 minutes before it's done add some extra parmesan on top.
