  4. add 1 cup of uncooked rice and all the chicken broth , now bring it to a rolling boil and stir again
  5. once its boiling good turn temperature down to low and cover
  6. after 30 minutes uncover, stir and serve
  7. its important here to NOT open the lid for at least 30 minutes, as it will stop the steaming and rice will not cook through
