- Chopperize all the ingredients well Than take out in a bowl.
- Note. if mixture is little soft than add corn flour or dry bread crumbs
- Make cutlets of desired size and shape and keep in refregerator for 30 minutes to set
- Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry bread cutlets from both sides.
- Take out on napkin and serve with ketchup or chutney
