In a Dutch oven, brown beef in oil in batches. Add sausage and onion to the pan; cook and stir over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. As with most everything, nothing beats homemade and Sweet Chili Sauce is no exception. - Drain all cans that need to be brained. Donโt drain any of the tomatoes, or chili beans.
- Add everything to roaster (mix well) set at 150 on low and cook over night with lid on. check on in the morning.
- Next day, turn off let cool, or vent in the refrigerator, will thicken up after its been in the fridge.
