Instructions to make Homemade Trail Mix:
  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees
  2. Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil in the microwave and add 2 tbsp of rice malt syrup
  3. Combine Coconut oil and rice malt syrup with all dry ingredients except for the chocolate, goji berries, pistachios and cinnamon
  4. Spread the mixture onto a large baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 mins, mix well then bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Remove mixture from the oven and mix in the last tbsp of rice malt syrup and cinnamon
  6. Wait until the mixture is completely cool and add goji berries, pistachios and chocolate
  7. Store in an airtight container.
