- Add the salt, the dried apricot & the garam masala, turmeric, coriander & red chilli powders.
- Mix well, add the slit green chillies and fried onions. Cook on medium heat for 5 mins.
- Take off heat. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with rotis / naan / pooris / rice.
