- Wash your hand say bismiAllah and daroud shareef
- Take a bowl cut potatoes in small dice now add chickpeas and pulkiyan(after strain it)along with make chuti Peel of imlli boil it with apricot now grind it then heat pan add all mixture along with sugar salt and red chilli and cook it on medium low flame
- Now cut tomatoes onion and chilli and add in it…and mix it with chat masala salt and chilli flacks
- Now take a plate add in it and serve it with cold khata paani khatti chuti and dahi ki chuti ππ
