- Now add the shallot. Once shallots saute a bit add chopped coriander leaves and add this to the mashed dal.
- Serve hot with rice and ghee. Its yummy and healthy food.
In Andhra Pradesh, it is prepared with moong dal or toor dal and known as thotakura pappu.
