- Take For fish:2 pack omega 3 fish breaded

- Ingredients and special wedging tool:also can soak black peppers briefly and set asidewhile doin other preps.(leave about 15 mins or more) and discard da water, set aside for use later
- Wedging da potatoes
- Rince and par boil.add to pan pour in hot water,cover da pot,(careful hot water and boiling kettle esp steam!)
- Add salt.cook until soft.then drain all water out into sink…say bismillah when pouring out !
- Now we discard water from our briefly soaked black pepper.in a heat proof medium bowl(do not use plastic etc as will melt)
- (See above pics)use 1 teaspoon of blackpepper and 1 teaspoon or more if prefer of mustard seeds,mix together.,.then now we heat some oil till sizzling, in our pan then add the hot oil in the mixture…you will see sizzling in the glass bowl (being careful of face and hand and children)(see pic).use same oil back into pan to do the fish fingers
- For the fish fingers..use the heated oil..then add fish arrange to fit enof on pan.heat thru.press down with fork…Add some grinder salt on top and some grinded pepper if wish…then prick with fork spokes to help cook inside.turn on other side..the coating will firm some light lines and some dark…then if soften and flakes, its cooked try check if cooked.turn off heat set aside!
- Can add some oil if sticking.
- (Continue from step 4):After remove water make the potato marinate paste/sauce…Add to potatoes and simmer until all potatoes cooked well and coated well.stir accationaly try not to get them mushy!
- These were mushy mayb were boiled bit more then shud..bismillah and enjoy
