  1. Get 200 gm Boiled pasta
  2. Get 3 tbsp Oil
  3. Prepare 5 Black olives

  7. Get 5 tsp Mozzarella cheese

  10. Get 2 tsp Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Oregano
  12. Make ready 1 bowl Onion chopped
  13. Take 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  15. Prepare salt as per taste

Fregnacce is an Italian pasta variety made with durum-wheat flour and eggs or water. It can be found in northern Lazio, Abruzzo, and the Marche. The dough is vigorously kneaded until it becomes smooth. Italy is famous for its pasta.

Instructions to make Italian pasta:
  1. Firstly take a pan and take water as required and boil it with 1/2 tea spoon of salt and 2 tbs of cooking oil.
  2. Once the water hot enough add 200 gm of pasta, and keep the temperature on medium high,Once the water is boiled take a scissor and cut a pasta and if get cuts smoothly then ur pasta boiled..Now drain the pasta and remove the excess water and keep the pasta aside..
  3. Take tomatoes cut the edges.Take a pan add water then drop tomatoes in the water. Once the tomatoes are boiled drain them and slowly remove the skin.
  4. Now blend the tomatoes till it turns into liquid.
  5. Heat pan add 2 tbs cooking oil then add 1 tbs ginger,garlic and green chilli paste than add chopped onion when onion colour change than add tomato mix well 2 minute.
  6. Add all herbs,all sauces,black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, oregano, black olive mix well 5 minute.
  7. Mix well and add boiled pasta and give it a nice mix.
  8. Serve them on plate,Spread some cheese on top and some coriander and mint leaves(its optional) on top just to give it a nice look.
  9. Yummy and tasty pasta is ready to serve.😋
