  8. Remove the charcoal from the jiko and put it on top of the pan (remain some few pieces of charcoal in the jiko). Put the sufuria back on top of the jiko
  9. Remove your cake and let it cool before removing it from the baking tin
  10. Enjoy with a drink of your choice
