- Common mistake in making ginger tea- when milk is not hot/one boiled, some people add ginger & then they boil which inturn curdle milk (milk fatt jata hai & chai pani pani jaisi ho jati hai).
- So take only one care. Except tea leaves, milk & water everything should be added after a boil/hot condition.
