- Set smoker to 350 and put pan in until cheese is melted. About 30 minutes
- After cheese is melted pull pan out and let cool down.
A lasagne-like take on enchiladas, this recipe from Baltimore chef Spike Gjerde requires no rolling of the tortillas. Pile a little of the chicken mix with a little cheese onto a wrap and fold to form a fajita and repeat with all the mix. This is a great and simple recipe that can be done on the grill or oven.
