It is a good choice to add to a meze, a Greek selection of appetizers served prior to the main course.
Steps to make Kopanisti (Greek Cheese Spread):
- Slice paprika pepper in half. All you will actually need is half of the pepper.
- Add into the blender along with the yogurt.
- Beat pepper and yogurt.
- N a small bowl add the mixture into the feta cheese, and cayenne pepper, mix until it is nicely blended, and that’s it! Simple and delicious.
