In a pan, heat some oil and throw in some chopped green chillies. Add the marinated chicken and cook till almost done. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice. In a large bowl combine chicken with all ingredients listed under chicken marinade, mix well and set aside.

  1. First make crispy lacha prantha… With some ajwain, salt n red chilli powder on it… On slow flame for crispyness..
  2. Marinate chicken with curd, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, turmericn Ginger garlic paste… Keep aside
  3. On other side.. take wok. Saute chopped onions dn add marinated chicken… Add chicken masala.. whn chicken get cooked, switch off flame.
  4. Then take prantha.. spread chesse dip on it… Put chicken… Then on top add sliced onions, mayonise n mustard sauce, chilli sauce, chaat masala n roll it..
  5. Half roll it with foil paper n enjoy 😊

In a large skillet heat oil on medium heat and add cumin seeds. Take on dough ball, dust some flour and roll it into thin roti; Place roti on pan and cook it from one side and flip it; Take egg mixture(Egg, salt and Black pepper) and spread it on the roti; Sprinkle some oil on the sides of the roti, flip the roti and cook the other side as well.
