- Make ready 300 ml wipped cream

- Put on fire the group 1. medium fire
- In a bowl stear the eggs yolk
- Into the eggs slowly add the hot milk
- Then take the bowl and make "a bath / banjo mari" (in a pot have hot-boilling water and on the top add the bowl, so the bowl doesn't meet directly ths fire)
- Stear it slowly with a wooden spoon. When the mix is like glue on the spoon take it off from the fire.
- Add the zelatines
- Add the wipped cream and stear it slowly. Strain it and add into a big bowl or small ones
- Leave it in the fridge for 5 hours
- FROM the start you have to put the zelatines into cold water to make them like glue. don't put them into the mix with the water.
- SAUCE: add all the ingridients into a pan, into meduim fire for 25min. The sauce is ready! (Also perfect for ice cream)
