- Take Cucumber

I followed the recipe exactly and enjoyed it as a dip with some tortilla chips, but I do think this would go really well with chicken. - Meanwhile combine all the Spinach salad Ingredients Oil, Pepper, vinegar and salt. (You can combine both the malabar and the vinegar mixture or after plating to control the wetness in the plate).
- For Plating

This one has ginger in it, so it has a mild ginger flavour which was pleasant in this curry.
