- Slightly spread the flour in surface and let's keep the little shape that we can divide dough in small balls.
- Roll the dough in hot dog buns.
- After the final shaping we need to let them the second time proofing until the puff rise.
- It take 60 minutes. Sprinkle the sesame seeds if you like. Now the buns is ready to bake.
- Bake at 180 c preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes.
- Now the buns is ready. Cover the buns for 10 minutes.
