- Strain the spinach and let it cool down. After it cools, squeeze some of the water from the spinach. Don’t squeeze all of it though! You want to keep the nutrients and the juicy flavor but not have it too watery.
- Cut squeezed spinach into 2 inch sections so it is easy to eat.
